According to relevant experts, my country's anti-theft bottle caps will grow at an annual rate of 10%. It is estimated that about 15 billion anti-theft bottle caps will be needed in 2010, and about 53,500 to 60,000 tons of aluminum plates will be consumed.

Since the mid-1990s, the PET bottled beverages produced by Coca-Cola Company replaced the aluminum cover with plastic anti-theft caps, thus pushing the plastic anti-theft cap to the front of beverage packaging. Since then, powerful domestic packaging companies and beverage manufacturers have introduced foreign equipment and started the large-scale production and application of plastic anti-theft covers. Today, the use of plastic anti-theft bottle caps that are both thin and easy to open in beverage packaging not only facilitates consumers, but also accelerates the development of the beverage industry.

At present, due to the fierce competition in the domestic beverage industry, many enterprises are adopting newer production technology and equipment, which has brought my country's cap-making machinery and plastic cap production technology to a high level. Such as Sacmi (SACMl), Alcoa (Alcoa) Husky: (Husky), Demag (Demag), NETZZ (Nestal), Engel (Engel) and other cover-making machinery have entered my country. At the same time, in the field of plastic bottle cap production, the battle between injection molding and compression molding has also kicked off. Technological innovation is undoubtedly the driving force for the rapid development of plastic anti-theft covers.
