Process treatment of glass wine bottle packaging

Product features in glass wine packaging are shaped and vibrant, and glass wine packaging often functions as a quiet advertiser. Glass has been widely used in cosmetic glass packaging for a long time. Beauty products packaged in glass reflect the quality of the product, and the heavier the glass, the more luxurious the product feels—perhaps that’s a consumer perception, but it’s not wrong. Because glass is inert and impermeable, these packaged formulations ensure that the ingredients remain intact and maintain product integrity.

Manufacturers of glass wine bottles are constantly trying to find special shapes that allow their products to stand out from the competition. Combined with glass's multi-functionality and eye-catching decorative technologies, consumers will always reach out to touch or hold the color cosmetics and skin care products in glass packaging. Once the product is in their hands, the chance of buying the product increases immediately.

Laser decoration for vitrifying enamel material onto glass material. After the bottle is sprayed with enamel, the laser fuses the material to the glass in the chosen design. Excess enamel is washed off. An important advantage of this technique is that it allows to decorate parts of the bottle that have not been able to be treated so far, such as raised and recessed areas and lines. It also makes it possible to draw complex shapes and offers a wide variety of colors and haptics.

Painting involves spraying with a coat of varnish. After this treatment, the glass bottle is sprayed in whole or in part (using a cover). They are then annealed in a drying oven. Other new decorative options include new inks with spiral flop or pearlescent effects, new surfaces with a skin-like touch, new spray paints with holographic or glitter, fused glass to glass, and a blue new hot light color. Lacquer offers a wide variety of finishing options including clear, frosted, opaque, glossy, matt, multicolored, fluorescent, phosphorescent, metallized, interference, pearlescent and metallic light, etc.
