1)Can you do decoration on the glass?

Decoration for glass bottles such as decal, silk printing, frosted finish, film and color spray-painting,engraving mark and gold plating,etc.; we can also offer medium-to-high grade carton packaging.

2)Can we get your free samples about glass?

1). For stock products, free samples, but you have to pay for express delivery.

2). For new products or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we get pretty good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will provide your confirmation before the samples go out. I will also take pictures before the samples are delivered.

3)Can you combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes, we can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

4)If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargo. If any breakage or defect products were founded, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 16 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.

5)How about your MOQ?

Different kind products will be different MOQ, for some glassware in stock, small orders are acceptable.

6)How do you control the quality?

We have a professional team for quality control. Doing 100% inspection during production.Unqualified products will be throw away.

7)How about the Safe package and defective and broken questions?

For small order or samples,we all use bubble bags or foam to pack one by one,so far customers who placed small orders have not yet feedback about the damage problem.

For large quantity of container order,we support the standard export pallet package or paper carton with safe egg packing.Also we accept customized gift box.

Other accessoried like caps will be put in another carton to avoid hitting.

We will compensate the defective and broken bottles by your next order freely.
