Q1. Can we get your free sample?

A1:1). For stock products, free samples, but you have to pay for express delivery.

2). For new products or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we get pretty good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will provide your confirmation before the samples go out. I will also take pictures before the samples are delivered.

Q2. What is your payment term?

A2:Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance with copy of B/L. But if you need other payment terms, such as a letter of credit at sight, it is also acceptable
